When MicrobeMS is started, the main window and a command line window appear (see screenshot below). While the main window allows interaction with the program, the command line window displays input parameters and reports non-standard errors. These messages are stored in a log file (logfile.txt) located in the following directories:
MicrobeMS standalone version, Windows operating system (W8/W8.1/W10/W11):
Windows user directory, usually C:\Users\WindowsUserName\Documents\MATLAB (DiaryDir) with WindowsUserName being the Windows user name The content of the logfile is accessible from the link open the log file of MicrobeMS (see MicrobeMS program group)
